Fisherman: What is the perfect gift to his girlfriend could give?
My boyfriend loves to fish. I mean, I love doing "She's gone to the days before fishing expeditions. Our anniversary is approaching, and unfortunately I know nothing about fishing. I know he has regular fishing rods, the kind of go fly fishing and the type of sturgeon catch with. It also has a million lures, life jackets and a canoe. Is there anything you could want me to give in to add to this that would be perfect?

There are many different types of fish which fishermen exclusively target in their fishing efforts. Some fishermen have some favorites that look different, while in the body of water, while others have a different fish waiting to catch every time reel in their lines.
One such fish, which is a bit unique, but draws a large fan base is the chain pike. The pike is a string of Atlantic coast freshwater fish found in a variety of bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, ponds and rivers. There are many interesting factors surrounding the chain pike and learning more about this fish, fishermen can make it much more likely that a of these beauties will be at the end of your line.
As indicated above, this member of the Pike family is found in various freshwater areas throughout Atlantic coast. They tend to stay in areas that provide coverage for them and allowing them to surprise their objectives in an efficient food and so fast. His conquests main food consists of insects, crabs, small fish, frogs and newts. Occasionally the chain pickerel land even a mouse or two that occurs in its territory of water.
The pike is the string of smaller fish of the Pike family. They are thin in width and can reach about 3 feet of adults. As for his weight, the average size of an adult chain pickerel is 7 pounds. or more.
One of the reasons why these fish are highly coveted by many fishermen is due to its availability throughout the year. If it is winter or summer temperatures, these adaptable fish are visible to fishermen throughout the hot and cold. Chain pickerel are also attracted by a variety of baits and lures, but some favorites are minnows, streamer flies and spinners. For those who want to increase their chances of catching pike in the chain, a steel leader should do the trick.
Chain pike is a type of fish that is readily available in bodies freshwater along the Atlantic coast. If you are trying to catch a fish that can be caught during all four seasons, then the chain pike could be the perfect to look for when planning that fishing trip.

Appropriate clothing is an important aspect of fishing. It may not be the first in the list but it is certainly an aspect important for a fishing trip. While it is important to choose the right equipment, choosing the right clothes is so relevant. Read on to learn how to dress for fly fishing.
First, blend with their surroundings. Fly fishing is not carrying a T-shirt in bright yellow. When fish are less noticeable, more likely to swim near you.
Secondly, convenient to use a set of waders. These boots are not typical. They are made to keep feet dry, while letting that get in the water.
Third, remember to pack your hat and gloves. Fingerless gloves are the best choice for fly fishing. A hat, which guy you like is a good idea to keep the sun out of your eyes and fish.
Forth, find out the time before out of the door. If you think it will be warm and sunny, and finish with shorts, with only trousers and a long sleeve shirt will do, their experience in fly fishing will be less than desirable. So check your local weather listings and see if it is heated or cooled during your next fly fishing trip.
Fifth, keep a fly fishing vest while you are out of the water. This piece of clothing will help make your fly fishing trip, giving even easier access to the necessary equipment, located right at your fingertips.

If you're like me, you get your catalog of Orvis or LL Bean or some other book "desire" in the mail and drool over the great variety of fly reels are to offer. Modern coils are made of various grades of aluminum and high quality plastic, and alloys unknown before this century. Regardless of cost or material, There is an attribute that they all share the need to consider:
Basically, a fly reel is just a place to store your line. Period.
Oh yes, the coils are driving systems, high capacity reels and ball bearings, but in the end, are used because it is hard to store 20 meters of the fly line and a couple of hundred yards from the base in your pocket without tangles. But in reality, the basic function of a fly reel is to maintain line in an organized manner.
Now, having said that, reels designed for larger fish require an effective drive system. Reels for applications freshwater and saltwater use many of them do not have to take more than a rudimentary drag.
"What?" You say, "How I can fight a fish without a weight? "Well, buddy, how you think they did in the old days before the effective drag developed? It's very simple to fought the fish by monitoring their recovery line or playing with your off hand. When a fish line to be distributed as needed, the building the strength required for the degree of tension instead of the line. It also retrieves line hand stripping. The tension in both directions was as measured by line slipped his hands through them. Obviously, this is a dubious proposition when fighting big fish like mackerel and swordfish. 2. Buy a spool exposed edge. Although you may not be able to rely on the drag, can put pressure to palm the reel to complete. Drag can be increased or decreased as needed with little effort. Note high end reels: For the most part, have exposed wheels for that Incidentally, despite having the best drag systems known to man.
3. When aluminum to buy, purchase a machine, not stamped. Stamped aluminum coils can warp and bend if dropped. Stamping reels tend to twist, because you really do not have the material strength to support themselves. Printing reels can also get out of the round if excess stress. Only the small rolls can get away with sealed coils, but always go for a cast or machined body.
4. Buy a reel that will easily hold the line and support you need. A lower roll only to reduce the support you need to effectively fight a fish with hand.
5. Buy quality, not gloss. The fish do not care what color your spool is, nor should you if you are trying to buy wisely. If they are attracted for a more expensive reel because of the color of his fancy, spend the extra money on a better roll! "A fool and his money are soon parted" is a truism.
6. Take pride in your new ability to fight a fish with your hand. When fighting a fish, let it take the line that you need not keep track in the line of death, but gently drag meters. Let your rod to absorb the blows. That line will run when the fish in a tough race gradually increase pressure. When the fish jumps, give it slack, "Bow to the King" as we say in fishing for shad. As your line goes slack, recover quickly enough to prevent the hook from coming loose. Maintaining a constant tension without risking his cape and the fish succumb as if fighting off the coil.
