"I have trained on and off since I was 21. I'm 47 now. Every time I start training again that I'm fully in training as an animal and think 24 / 7 about how big and strong as a bull. Choose a heavyweight. Something I could do around 8 reps with. Set a timer for 2 minutes. DONT put the full weight down until the alarm sounds. after about 25 seconds, you have done your 8 reps, but from then just continue to make partial, even he could rest for about 5-10 seconds between each repetition to give blood a chance to flood the muscle, but go ahead no matter what. Remember to breath heavy so no need to stop being out of breath. The 5-10 seconds rest between reps will save you. If you have done this correctly at shutdown timer that deception prolly like a monkey just to get the weight to move a couple of inches. After this series about 3-4 minute break and do two repetitions of moderate intensity, with something lighter weight where you can do about 12 or more repetitions. 5) It does not matter a bit that exersices to do! You do not have to bench press to have a big chest. You do not have to do military presses to get big shoulders. You do not have squat when you have big thighs! I fly on my chest, lateral raises for shoulders, and extensions of the leg of my thighs. A muscle doesn't know shit about that exersice they do. All it knows is its beating the shit out of it and respond to growth and strength. Guys like Arnold are idiots and went as it did well because of steroids or because it was incredibly gifted genetically. He trained 6 days a week twice daily for 2 hours each training session. What an idiot.
6) Eat often, but dont loose. Fish, chicken, fruit, vegetables are the order of the day. No Big Macs and fries.
