Do you know why booking a package holiday to Tenerife: the sun! The sea! The sand! The clubs! But between the nights on the dance floor and on in the sand, there is plenty of room to control some of the attractions of Tenerife, provided you know where to look. Fortunately, I have made it easier for you on my list of 5 favorite things to do in Tenerife:

Jungle Park Aquila Park

The forest park is really a necessity for any package holiday in Tenerife. Located in the hills of 75,000 square meters of tropical gardens, this is a wildlife park that intrigue and entertain people of all ages. There is a good selection of animals as expected at any zoo, but the park is especially recommended for fans of the big cats, penguins and exotic birds, birds of prey (eagle flew to the event is a must-see, but they mean when they say they should not bring food in!) There is plenty of activities for kids (and big kids) and a wide selection of lions, leopards, tigers and jaguars big cat lovers will be in the heaven!

Parque Nacional Las Canadas del Teide

Perhaps the most famous attraction in Tenerife is Mount Teide volcano. Not one breast a hangover, but for everyone else this is an absolute must-see. The view from the mountain are simply awesome, and you get a fantastic appearance on the island never forget. It is advisable to arrive early as this is one of the big attractions of Tenerife – if you want to head all the way to the top you need to conclude with taste – And be sure to bring your camera!

Golf del Sur

If you're a fan of golf, after a stay in the Golf del Sur complex would be defined in Tenerife holiday package of your itinerary. The complex has very little to do other than play golf – but if you like the game will not be a problem. Of the courses available, My selection is Playa del Americas, Golf del Sur with receiving a special mention for its relaxed atmosphere. Hand and also find Amirilla Adeje – both of which offer an entertaining round of golf. If sports your thing, feel free to ignore the other things to do in Tenerife and make this their sole focus!

Diving and Snorkeling

It would be a shame to be so close to warm the country, blue oceans and not see the life teeming just below the surface – fortunately, there are plenty of places available to make this dream a reality, and is well worth taking advantage of the nearby coral reefs that make a dive experience unforgettable. Once you've done some training and equipped found out, you will be able to watch all types of sea life from starfish and crabs to rays and other tropical fish enjoying their natural habitat. This is one of the best things to do in Tenerife and not to be missed!

Loro Parque

Yes, other Wildlife Park – Tenerife has many of these and put only 2 of the top 5 was a fight! Loro Parque is the peak though purely for its size, scale, the variety and that is worth visiting the country! The park seems to put the welfare of animals as their number one priority, and animals are both happy and entertaining as a result. There are some fantastic shows (whales in particular are an absolute must-see) and you can expect to see turtles, sharks, flamingos, penguins, tigers – everything you could want. The park is home to the largest collection of parrots in the world (and the original purpose of the attraction!), So be sure to get lots of photos of these amazing colored birds.

There are so many attractions in Tenerife would be a shame to just stick to the beach and the clubs – although I do not blame him if he did, as they are excellent. Just consider these options when you play for your package holiday in Tenerife!

truckee river fly fishing
Truckee River Fly Fishing (need help)?

I live about an hour from the Truckee River and now I want to start fishing, but I'm not sure where to go. I live on the Nevada side of river. Any suggestions on a good area for fishing and for what use this time of year?

Bridge Pimp! It is a great place to brown. As the response already mentioned, the cooler water more fish. I was in Tahoe on vacation three weeks ago and managed to fish one morning while the family slept yet – I hit the stretch along 89. It was hard – under water, mild temps – most of the fish are holding lower in the system, far from the lake. Rifles fish swirling back and toss large pools. For you, I would stick with the basic plot between Hafed Mogul. Indeed deeper, water. I know it's in Reno / Sparks, but it really is the best water. More fish, the best conditions. Just a side note, there is a section (s) river, which is privately owned, and you are not drifting on a float tube and kayak, etc, and you're on the bench, can be fined / ticketed. It is owned by a "prestigious" (shaking) fly fishing organization. I do not remember the area, but it's there …. be aware. Thanks for clarifying the closed section, however, with the understanding I am informed that the section is really able to fish, but only allowed to do so not from the bank. You are not even allowed on the beach of his art in the area. You can, however, float / raft and kayak your way through, fishing all the time. But like I said, you can not stop on the side …. even for a minute.
