I'm from Texas is going to be fishing in Wyoming?

Im going to Wyoming for my summer this year and I know nothing, but bass fishing! Should I be cold and bait fisherman and fill my summer this way, or should really try to catch other things, and maybe learn to pick up a fly rod. I will enjoy this reality and actually learn how to hook a fish I've never seen before, I just know what type of fish that are raised there. Any tips and each tip about anything and everything As would be appreciated!

Wyoming has some great streams and rivers you can fish, plus some lakes of Nice. I would suggest contacting fly club or fly shop in Texas and take a couple of hours of basic quality classes and learn to fly fish. Here are some of the flying clubs, if one is in anywhere near you, give them a call. As a fishing rod and line, there are some places that sell a starter equipment for a reasonable amount of money. Give fly fishing a try, you'll like it. Another option is what we call Selective Gear Rules here in Washington State. That is where you can fish with the water either using barbless flies or spinning outfit rigged with a single barbless hook.
