Best fishing in Alberta / Saskatchewan?

We are looking to plan a fishing trip in August. We're sick of the lakes around Edmonton and 1 to 2 pounds spades. Are there hidden gem lakes in Alberta and Saskatchewan, who are known for their 15 + lb pike or walleye nice? We do not fly in Any suggestion are appreciated!

Dogtooth Lake. Fantastic Walleye. Great Northern. Excellent smallmouth. The last time I was captured 2 Northerns over 36 ". Our Walleye was 28 higher. "And our biggest smallie was around 6-LB. These are just a BIG catch! We" restricted to "every day in everything! Investigate! They have an excellent field of land and cabins too. As for the camp is $ 25 per day. There are also common in the area if you want to try your hand at "Brookie". Google it!
