The last three golf communities make high-end to a new level of luxury. The community 3 Creek Ranch offers a course in Rees Jones, along with private fishing, naturalist program, cross-country skiing trails and a fitness center in the community. As to the lots and homes for sale, there are 87 cabins of available sites, each located in more than half a hectare, in addition, 43 lots, ranging between two and five acres in size. For those seeking the ultimate in luxury and exclusivity, there are six parcels of 35 acres available to build his ranch. To purchase a single family home in 3 Creek Ranch, you can expect to spend around 3-5 million.
The last two golf communities plan to continue with the concept of luxury living. Located in the Snake River Canyon, The Snake River Sporting Club offers private membership at designed by Tom Weiskopf, Golf Course, along with a site on fly fishing guide ready to take the owners of fishing on the Snake River. Residents also can contact with the Wrangler horse community or spend time relaxing in the district member of the lodge. Snake River Sporting Club also has its own heli-pad for easy access to ski powder, along with a spa and fitness center. Shooting Star, the best courses in Jackson Hole, is still under construction. The Shooting Star Tom Fazio Course Community and is within walking distance of the ski resort of Jackson Hole in Teton Village. With the completion of the course set in summer 2009, the course is accessible only by its members and their guests.
