Fly Fishing: Are the bars better than Artemis HARDY?

I am thinking of buying a demon Hardy for around £ 200. Is there a bar Sage for money on the same amount that was better. What I seek is a 9 foot 5WT which I intend to use fishing for trout in a small lake. I'm behind something to improve the presentation a bit and hope it is a joy to use.

Ive got two bars, bought a devil last year Hardy in Alnwick, England, but I prefer the sage, the action of allocating space is better and the Sage TCR cane is better than anyone who have used Rod Hardy, might bother some fly fisherman here, but allot of the products are stronger, with the price in my opinion, and I do not buy more, my vote goes to Wise.
