I search if I stay in a river bridge to fish?
If I keep a bridge into a river and stay within a couple feet of the road all the time, I trespasing to private property along the road way? I'm just going down the river to fly fish, but the property owner is rather crazy when it comes to people fishing on the River. Also, if I'm wading in the water is legal for me to walk by the river that adjoins the property of that person, provided I stay in the river? I do not know if it differs from state to state, but this is found in western Kentucky.
If you are on your property, then we are not invading, but you may want to check with fishing and hunting to see if fishing is allowed there.
