Fine dining in Orlando were carried out on a table. Not so today. In many of the restaurants in town, the best seats in the house was on the counter, where front-row seat for the action in the kitchen with food and drink is on the agenda.

Jiko
Nab one of eight seats facing the fight against the giant kitchen, double clay ovens in one of Disney's most interesting restaurants. Nosh on the off-the-menu sampler plate of appetizers, then go to the smoky wood-roasted pork tenderloin with sweet potato dumplings with mushroom ragout and a broth, or, my favorite, the grilled chicken Chermoula Tanglewood.

California Grill
This may be the hardest ticket in town, but the legendary Disney dining mecca located on top of the ski contemporary offers two seats on the kitchen counter, four places ahead of Yoshie sushi bar, and two to the counter of pastries (YUM!). You can request your preference to reserve a table, but nothing is guaranteed. Try meal time to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the restaurant after viewing platform.

Emeril's
Perched in front of the exhibition kitchen is the eight food stalls that Chef Association. Choose any of the display 2,000 bottles of wine, then pry with chefs and capture to final action of this exciting restaurant. Make your dining reservations up to six months prior to secure a place himself.

Chop Tchoup
In this gorgeous restaurant on the seat ten people can order the regular menu or choose the $ 48, 4 Course Chef's Tasting Menu. But those who can put aside the second Saturday of the month for 5-Teppanyaki course dinner where the chef provides lightning-quick program.

Flying Fish
Serious food devotees love the environment in this whimsical Disney Boardwalk restaurant, but a fortunate few can see the center of creativity in stage eleven seats in the lively and open kitchen. Dining options, some of Disney's most inspired seafood or sizzling steaks and chops. As California Grill the counter is only by request on arrival.

Cala Bella
Restaurant Rosen Shingle Creek's signature Bistro serves Italian cuisine in a Tuscan atmosphere. Three four-seat counter allows visits ring presentation kitchen buzzing friendly waiters and a cook next will keep you entertained for hours.
