Nova Scotia (Atlantic Canada) fishing trips?
I'm moving to Italy in January, and I really love the experience of fishing the Atlantic. Every time I go there (Italy) who always tells me … "bla bla bla, to find the best / freshest fish here" … There must be some complex or something. I know that Canada and the northeastern U.S., can kick the crap out of Italy when it's "best and freshest fish … I was wondering if there tours or trips offered to ordinary people like myself (fishing, fly fishing, …) in Atlantic Canada? or even the Northeast U.S.? Can someone help me?
There are plenty of tours to deep sea fishing off PEI, especially the north coast and North Rustico, but relatively much less in the ports of Nova Scotia. But there is one I've been waiting to try (and still do not) from Halifax. Even the shark catch. Check out their website at http://www.bluesharkcharters.com/Fishing.htm NS boating tend to be more oriented to fishing tourism. Lots of whales, seals and birds on his tours – which are really nice. Some guarantee that they are the whales. One was in had whales swimming just below the boat.
