I'm sure there are better economic website for fly fishing gear. What you should do is set a budget and buy something within that limit. Cabela's has fly combos and other gear that is reasonably priced. I usually Shoo beginners out low-cost cane reel combos because it is difficult to have a good experience in shoddy gear. However, one thing I like Cabela's is that they seem to be making a good faith effort – to bring fly fishing gear that is inexpensive quality and legacy behind them, unlike gear that is simply cheap. I would strongly advise to be careful about how really "cheap" fly fishing equipment. Gear made cheaply will break, malfunction mistimed, and poor performance in general, you can unravel the whole fly fishing.
