The basic concept of fishing is pretty basic and self explanatory. Fishing is the act of catching fish. Or my particular favorite dictionary definition is to fishing, â € œ the diversion of catching fish!  €  I'm not sure if it relates to a diversion to the angler of his normal day in the life of the day or divert Act of fish on a hook or a network! Â
As with any transaction there are usually two parties involved.
What about some of the terms we hear on fisheries though? For the uninitiated, may sound like a load of old trout!
Ok here is very easy to throw with:
1. Type of fish and species followed by the word â € € œfishingâ - For example, carp, trout and bass or the word fishing, carp fishing, for example. This really is as simple as it sounds. Fishing for a particular species of fish in this case is the carp.
Fishing 2. Front â € "This is not an illegal challenge in football or soccer, but in reality front of the tent. you guessed it, fishing gear used to try and catch carp.
3. Children Fishing â € "This is not fishing at a golf course (notice the subtle spelling difference) or any type of course for that matter. In fact, the name given to fishing (usually in the UK) for freshwater fish are not considered game fish are trout, salmon and char. Again, Carp is a common target for fishermen side.
4. Flyfishing â € "While flying fish would very difficult and probably very dangerous, so thata € ™ s not what it is. Fly fishing is actually a very special fishing with bait type, an artificial fly. If a fly fake! The fishermen use all sorts of false flight, of different sizes, different colors and the goal is to attract fish with this bait only.
5. Bait fishing - Theoretically fished without much of the modern fishing tackle as I'm sure they did in the past, with the spear only a strong and a further goal! However, who first came up with the idea of attracting the fish with some kind of bait was clearly a genius. Fishing is now more easier than it ever was, with all types of bait available for all types of different fish and different fishing conditions.
Thus concludes a part of our œBeginners € â € Fisheries Glossary. Tune in soon for part 2, when we look at sea fishing, fishing low and maybe even the legend that is JR Hartley.
