How do you hang the Ziploc bags of water that flies away?

I have read many things to say Ziploc bags filled half full of water will that flies away. None of the articles that tell how to hang the bags though. Do you use fishing line? What is strong enough, but not rip bags?

I use the bags you get in pet stores for their fish. I got mine from Walmart. Then all you have to do is cinch the top with a rubber band-like they do in fish stores, and hangs from the ceiling with any string or fishing line. You can tie the line below where it adhered to the rubber band or use a punch on the girth, which is what I do, and tie your line through there.
