Why some of my feathers out of my line of fly fishing?

I just started fly fishing, two days ago and some of my flies are getting ruined when it is released i can tell me why?

Well everyone here has offered great advice, but no one mentioned the plaster. If the drop fly very far in the back cast can beat him in pieces on the floor behind you.
