I spend a week fly fishing in Montana. Any advice?

Any suggestions for where to fish, how to use my time, where housing, etc.

A two years ago, I used a hotel in West Yellowstone as the basis for two weeks. I was very late in the season, in late September, just crowds. A guide could be useful for the day. I used some books and the Internets for information. From there you can fish from the park Madison all the way below Hebgen Dam and Quake Lake. It is strong and fast for a few miles below Quake lake and then flattens in the Madison Valley. I have always drag the Quake lake driving past and looking at the slide. Yellowstone also took me to the river and murderers Lamar called me the first time in head nymphs accounts. They say the Yellowstone and Firehole River is not what it used to be, but worth the view – fishing, bison and hot springs gurgle. I never got to Old Faithful. Also Henry Fish Fork Snake River, a trip worth a watershed for fish, different from a carved stone, as the Beaverkill. Most are a couple of hours car, but always returned to the motel at night.
