Best fly fishing "fly" to the west of the AP?

I have read all sorts of things over eastern Pennsylvania, where the fly fising is great. I am just north of Pittsburgh, which fly works best? (maybe you have a top three)

I'm just south of Pittsburgh and my flies are the preferred Muddler fish, a Wooly Bugger, a Clouser minnow, and a sculpin imitation. you can get these in the mountains of goose or Cabelas. Cabelas has a larger selection.
