Where are the best places to camp in Colorado (fly fishing, well decorated, hiking, etc..)?

Some friends and I are planning a trip to Colorado to go camping before the fall semester, and we have no idea where to go. Basically, we want to be able to fly fish in a lake or river, and walk around a bit. Landscape it is always a plus, and be as isolated as possible is very important. I know it is a perfect place for all that, if not had, then everyone would be there. But if any of you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance
