Where can I get cheap fly rods?

I live in Scotland, North Lanarkshire, does anyone know where I can buy a cheap fly rod. willing to spend about 20 to 30 pounds. just started fly fishing btw

Here in the lot of the states of the companies have low-cost cane "combos" including a rod, reel, fly line, leader, and perhaps some other goodies for about $ 50US, if my math is correct, is at the end top of your price range.
