principles and fly fishing gear you need?

Recently I interested in the sport of flyfishing, and the need for a rod. I am willing to spend a total of $ 115 for all creation. I use the rod for trout fishing east bluegill, and bass from time to time if possible. If not for just guts blue and eastern trout. I am very new and need some advice on what the bar to choose. To fish with a good rod is really enjoy fishing. It is much easier to learn with a good rod than with a lower quality.
