Does anyone know about fly fishing rod?
I have a fishing rod that I want to sell, but I'm not sure. It has given me as a gift many years ago and I still have to use it, so I have chosen to try to sell however, no company logo on it. What stops me believe they can be as likely, since I was given by a person who makes fly reels. This is a very dark green, bamboo handles with silver and graphite for black (I think) where the reel goes. The writing just seems to be handwritten indicating 9 '6 wt. silver, then the beam of the same silver Handwritting 15 ", 18" 21 ". If anyone has any information that might be useful I would greatly appreciate it.
It's a shame when something you receive as a gift has to be sold, however since the state does not mark its value is very difficult to predict without actually looking at the bar, six weight rod to its meaning in general, a good all round bar and must easily be able to handle six weight line, is likely to tip action rod, however if it is customized for you and if you have very little experience it is likely that the manufacturer has chosen a target that is medium to tip action to casting to facilitate cork handles also not bamboo unless, of course, means that the white bar is bamboo in what could be looking at a good price for it, why not take the fly-fishing and do some use of it, if they sell it on eBay i would love to see how much is sold to any pictures of it.
